Beef Processing

If you're choosing to have your beef processed for your own consumption or have your very own Ranch to Table program, we are here to help. With decades of combined experience in butchering and marketing we have the skills and knowledge. Our cutting style is very unique compared to other butchers as we take pride in providing retail orientated cutting techniques.

Ranch To Table

We are here to help. We have historically helped dozens of our customers build their programs that best fit their consumers demands and needs. We work directly with you on developing a custom cut sheet with cuts on it unique to you and your program. We also provide third party custom labeling, and special claims approvals. Our services are 100% customizeable and built to your needs.

For Your Dinner Plate

Bringing in a beef to fill your freezer? No problem. We have staff to walk you through any help you may need along the process. From the benefits of extra hang time to helping you choose what cuts you may want, our staff is eager to help.

Included in your standard processing is a minimum 14-day hang time with options to hang longer upon request.  All ground products will be packaged in meat bags (chubs) unless otherwise requested. All products will be individually labeled with USDA mark of inspection. All packaging will be date and weight specific labeled. 

2024 Processing Fees

Processing Fee: $1.35/Lb (multiplied by Hanging Weight)

Processing Fee: $1.45/Lb (Hanging Weights over 1,000 lbs.)

Minium Processing Fee: $780.00 (Hanging Weights 600lbs or less)

Meat Bags/Chubs: Included (Ground Product)

Vac Seal: $25.00 per head (Ground Product Only)

Disposal Fee: $50.00/Per Head

Whole Beef Boxing Fee: $30.00

Half Beef Boxing Fee: $15.00

Boxing Fee Voided if you choose to bring your own boxes, coolers, totes etc..

Value Added Options

Extra Hang Time: $15.00 per day/per beef (anything over standard 14 day hang)

Beef Patties: $0.50/Lb (25lb minimum) 1/4lb & 1/2lb options

Tenderizing: $25.00/per head

Beef Brats: $6.00/Lb (20lb minimum)

Snack Sticks: $7.00/Lb (20lb minimum) Uncooked

Bulk Sausage: $6.00/lb (20lb minimum)
Custom Labeling: Please Inquire

Additional Fees

$100.00/per head deposit to hold processing date

Freezer Storage After 7 Days: $25.00 per head/per day
