Processing Price Sheet

When choosing Wyoming Ranch Foods as your processor you will receive the following services

 

Vacuum Sealed Packaging on ALL Steaks and Roast

Meat Bags (Chubs) on ALL Ground beef  

 Minium of 14 day hang time, with options to hang longer

Date and weight specific labeling on packaging  

USDA Mark of Inspection 

Beef: $1.25/LB. (multiplied by hot carcass weight)

Beef Over 1,000lbs (hot carcass weight): $1.35/Lb 

Beef slaughter fee: Included

Packaging/Boxes

Due to material price increase effective 10-17-22 an optional box fee will be in place. 

$30.00/Whole Beef

$15.00/Half Beef

If you choose to not have us box your product, you will need to bring coolers, boxes, totes etc...at the time of pickup.   

Minimum Processing Fee: $750.00 

Portion Control Cutting and not dimensional: $1.00/lb (multiplied by finished product weight)

Patties: $0.50/LB 

Tenderizing:$25.00 per head 

14+ day aging: $15 per day/per beef

Custom Labeling (Please Inquire)

Beef Brats:$6.00/LB

Uncured (DIY) Snack Sticks:$7.00/lb

$100.00 per head deposit to hold processing date

Freezer Storage After 7 Days: $25.00 per day/per beef

 

Due to the city of Torrington increasing their disposal rates 3x higher than previous rate, we will unfortunately have to start charging a disposal fee of $40.00/head. We are actively working on eliminating this cost, and are deeply sorry for the additional fee.

How It Works

Book Your Appointment

 

To book a beef, lamb, or goat processing date please give us a call. If no one is available, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you. At the time of reservation, we require a $100.00 (beef), $25.00 (lamb) deposit per head to hold your appointment. This deposit is nonrefundable.

Drop Off Your Beef

 

We have two drop off options

 

Option 1: Animals can be dropped off on the day of your processing. If you decide to choose this option, your animal will need to be onsite between 7:30am-8:00am (we ask kindly that you don't show up late if you choose this option)

 

Option 2: Your animal can be dropped off the day before your processing date. If you decide to choose this option, your animal will need to be here anytime between 8:00am - 4:00pm (we will not be able to receive any animals outside of these hours)

 

When you arrive on site, check in, at our front doors. Be sure to have your brand inspection with you, as we will need one at this point.

 

Cut sheets can be obtained onsite or online by clicking the below link

 

Please have your cut sheet completed and turned in 2-5  days  after dropping off your animal 

Pick Up Your Products

 

Once your animal has been processed and has been in the freezer for 24hrs, it will now be ready for pick up. We will reach out by phone to let you know your product is ready for pickup. Once you have been notified you will have 7 days to pick up your product before a storage fee applied. Freezer storage rated are $25.00 per day per beef for anything after 7 days of storage. 

Things To Remember 

 

Make Sure Your Cut Sheets are submitted before your animal is due to be cut. Failure to submit cut sheets in a timely manner may result in extra hang time fees. Animal is subject to receiving our "standard" cut if cut sheets aren't submitted in a timely manner.
